Mark Zuzga, D.O., R.V.T.

Dr. Zuzga is a native of Michigan. He received his bachelor’s degree at Oakland University and his medical degree from Michigan State University. He completed a general surgery residency at Mount Clemens General Hospital in Michigan and a vascular surgery fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey.

In addition, Dr. Zuzga completed an interventional endovascular fellowship at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Here he acquired state-of-the-art training in minimally invasive treatments for vascular disease including carotid artery stenting, stenting for the treatment of aortic aneurysms, and angioplasty of peripheral arteries. He is a member of the International Society of Endovascular Specialists and has co-authored many publications and studies on vascular disease. His interests include all aspects of vascular surgery and general surgery.

Dr. Zuzga is the Director of the West Florida Vein Center for minimally invasive treatment options for vein issues, such as varicose and spider veins.
